WHO WE ARE

At GoodPair Studio, strategy without reach is a diary entry. We built the studio we wished existed — one that treats brand thinking and media thinking as a single discipline, not two separate invoices.

OUR BELIEFS

A winding creek through a wide mountain valley in the North Fork Valley, Colorado, with evergreen forest and peaks in the distance

Conviction over decoration

We start with what you believe, not how you want to look. Identity follows strategy. Always.

Reach completes strategy

A great story no one hears is a diary entry. We don't hand off — we see it through.

Specificity is respect

Generic work is lazy work. We name things precisely, choose clients deliberately, and say exactly what we mean.

Founder’s pride is the test

If you wouldn't be proud to share the work, it isn't done. Your standard is our standard.

Meet the Team

  • Jacob, co-founder of GoodPair Studio, seated outdoors in a mountain meadow surrounded by wildflowers and evergreen trees

    Jacob Helleckson

    Head of Communications, Co-founder

Jacob spent his career inside the machinery of how brands reach people — understanding not just what a brand says, but where, when, and how it shows up in the world. He thinks about media the way a strategist thinks about positioning: every channel choice is a signal, every placement is a statement, and reach without a clear message is just noise with a budget. At GoodPair Studio, he brings that thinking to clients as coaching and advisory — helping founders make smarter decisions about how their brand travels, not just how it looks.

  • Liza, co-founder of GoodPair Studio, holding her dog in a wildflower meadow in the Colorado mountains

    Liza Scher

    Head of Brand, Co-founder

Liza trained as a designer and built her career in brand strategy — which means she thinks in systems as much as she thinks in aesthetics. She sees how the parts connect: how a name, a visual language, and a positioning statement either reinforce each other or quietly undermine each other. That systems-level thinking is what she brings to every GoodPair Studio engagement — craft that holds together, not just looks good.

  • A happy brown dog with snow on its nose looking directly at the camera in a snowy Colorado landscape

    Goose

    Chief Happiness Officer

Goose has never met a client she liked — but that's only because she's scared of absolutely everyone and everything. Despite this, she takes her role seriously. She keeps the office energy high and productive, reminds mom and dad when it's time for a fresh air break, and maintains a rigorous treats-based reward system for good work. Her contributions to the business are immeasurable, largely because they can't be quantified.

We're based in Gunnison, Colorado — and we work with founders everywhere.

GoodPair Studio is a two-person operation by design. When you work with us, you work with us — not a team that briefs a team that briefs someone else. Every engagement gets our full attention and our best thinking.

Every engagement starts with a conversation

Tell us a little about what you're working on — we'll take it from there.
