  • Yes. We work with early-stage founders still figuring out what they're building and with established small businesses ready for a reset. What matters is that you're serious about the work — not how long you've been at it.

  • You can absolutely start with one. Many clients come in with a specific problem — a positioning question, an identity refresh, a coaching need — and we scope the engagement from there. Others want a more holistic partnership. We'll figure out what makes sense in the first conversation.

  • We're a two-person studio — which means you work directly with us, not with a rotating team. We don't take on more than we can do well. Our focus is strategy and thinking, not production volume, and our work is priced to reflect that.

  • Engagements are scoped and priced based on the work. We don't publish fixed packages because the right scope varies too much from client to client. We'll talk through what you need and give you a clear proposal before anything starts.

  • Yes — we offer public workshops for founders and independents, as well as facilitated sessions for organizations and teams. Check the Education section of our site for what's coming up, or get in touch if you're interested in something for your team.
